Atlantic Biologicals' number one priority is excellent customer service. That is why, in 2006, when we heard the call for unit dose products, we answered. This year, we celebrate a decade of providing our customers exceptional unit dose products and look forward to continuing to do so in the years to come.

Liquid Cups are the core of the UDose portfolio. Ten years ago when we began repackaging unit dose products, most hospitals were simply grateful for any solution to the sudden new challenge of bedside scanning requirements. As the savvy of hospital pharmacy buyers and directors has evolved in the unit dose category, so has the portfolio of products that they depend on us to provide.

Why do hospitals choose UDose  liquid unit dose cups?
  • Budget Savings - Our portfolio includes several unit dose liquid cups that provide cost-savings for pharmacies. These products, such as Levetiracetam and Prednisolone, open up hospital budgets for other needs.
  • Time Savings - The inclusion of viscous solutions, such as Lidocaine and Mintox, in our portfolio represents our dedication to helping hospital pharmacies save time. These thick liquids present difficult and cumbersome situations for pharmacy techs repackaging liquids, and our products ease those complications.
  • Unique - Many of our unit dose liquids are not available in unit dose form by the manufacturers. Donnatal, Multi-Delyn, and Prednisolone are just a few examples of products that our customers purchase for that very reason.
  • Cup Sizes - We often hear from hospitals that they prefer the sizes of our cups. For example, hospitals purchase our Chlorhexidine 15ml dose cups, because the actual size and shape of the cups are a better fit than competitors' products in their Pyxis machines.
  • Multi-Colored Cups - As we develop new NDCs, we work to keep a variety of colored cups in our mix. Hospitals like the fact that such a small change can help differentiate cups in a facility. As an example, our Prednisolone is repackaged in blue cups while the similarly named Prednisone is repackaged in yellow cups. Overall, our portfolio includes five different cup colors.
  • Controlled Substances - Repackaging controlled substances within the pharmacy presents risks and liability for Pharmacy Directors. In order to help reduce those risks, we include controlled substances, such as Phenobarbital and Tussionex, in our portfolio.
  • Convenience - Order products from our Web Portal and access your 3Ts and Invoices 24/7. Our products are in stock and usually ship on the same day you order. We carry bestsellers in our East Coast and West Coast warehouses.
