Yoni has been involved in the response to almost every mass casualty incident that's taken place in the last 25 years in the Jerusalem region. He also runs training drills and maintains relationships with all MDA friends societies around the world. He began his tenure at MDA as a youth volunteer in 1975, became an EMT in 1981, got his paramedic certification in 1990, and has held his current position since 2004. He previously served as the director of MDA's Jerusalem Region.
