Our Chesed group volunteered at the Kosher Food Pantry this past Sunday.  This has been an ongoing partnership we have had all year. Our next date will be Sunday, May 7.

Memorial Plaque & Golden Book of Remembrance
 
Remember your loved one(s) with a plaque on the Memorial Wall at the rear of the David J. Moskowitz Sanctuary, and/or with a listing in the Golden Book of Remembrance, on permanent display in the case outside Nickman Chapel.

The Memorial Wall is an adjustable alphabetic memorial.  During the week of yahrzeit, the deceased's name is also highlighted in the center section.  Listings in the Golden Book are written in beautiful calligraphy.

Orders are accepted any time of the year; dedications are made at Yizkor Pesach and Yom Kippur.  The deadline to dedicate a plaque in time for Pesach this year is Monday, April 3.

Join your BJC friends for a Shabbaton filled with learning, friendship, fun, food, exciting activities and learn great Jewish values from Shrek! Parents and students will meet at 4:15 pm on Friday in Nickman Chapel for introductions and an opening program before the bus departs. The bus will return on Sunday by 11:15 am. "Bring a Friend to Shul Day"

We encourage you to invite a friend to join for learning and special activities and stations as we get ready for Passover. 

This program is in place of Family Shabbat this month. BHRS students will have regular classes at 9 am and will join in all the activities at 10:30 am.
Chesed is collecting Kosher for Passover food items to distribute to needy Jewish families during the month of March. Please place your contributions in the bins in the Gross Atrium.
