This is for families with children between the ages of 6 and 12 years.  We will sort and package food and pizza will be provided for all volunteers.  
Ten volunteers are needed.  
 
Adult Night * Wednesday, February 24 * 6:00 - 8:00 pm
(please note original date was Monday, February 22)
Ten volunteers are needed to help sort and pack food. This is open to anyone 13 years and older.

 

Meshuganotes * Shabbat, February 13

Meshuganotes will perform during services as well as after kiddush on February 13. Our member, Miriam Bennett , is a member of the group; she is 
the daughter of Laura & Michael Bennett.   CHALLah capella from Oberlin College will join them for a song or two.

17th Annual Sheila Radman Balk Cholent Cookoff
Saturday, February 20 * noon
Presented by Men's Club
 
Enjoy a selection of cholents cooked by our teams of chefs. If you'd like to enter the competition, team up with some friends to prepare your own special cholent recipe. You provide the creativity and expertise and we provide the ingredients. Please contact Richard Berkowitz (440-605-1514) or Murray Berkowitz (216-342-4759) by February 11 to enter

We need everybody to taste the cholents and pick your favorite! Every year, we have hundreds of people who stay for lunch, so don't miss it! RSVP through the synagogue office or on our website. $10 per person; children under 9 years old are free. If paying by check, please make payable to B'nai Jeshurun Men's Club.
