What a fantastic morning of community, wellness and celebration! The perfect weather and warm ambiance led to a great time for the run/walk and many stayed to schmooze. Thanks to everyone who came out to participate; we were 180 strong! Thank you to Bessie Hershey Religious School for the great partnership, to our sponsors Trader Joe's and Miles Market for the water and fruit, and to Men's Club for the lovely breakfast.  A special thank you to our committee:  Bob Zelwin, Dan Dobres, Greg Goldfeder, Steve Galun and Linda Schoenberg. (We have some extra shirts for sale; if you are interested, please contact Renee Greller.)

Bessie Hershey Religious School Shabbat
Saturday, October 1

Please join us on Shabbat morning, October 1, as part of our continued 150th anniversary Special Shabbatot celebrations, as we honor Bessie Hershey Religious School and its dedicated families.

We will celebrate its terrific contribution to the synagogue and the community as a whole, and see the great influence it had on so many young lives. We will learn about both the past and the present and hear from a few dynamic speakers! Come hear past Education Director, Sue Wyner as she reflects on her time here. If you would like to share some reflections as well, please let us know. Come and see as we call all of our past and present students to the bima for a meaningful group Aliyah!

You are invited to stay after the service for a celebratory luncheon. If you would like to help sponsor the luncheon, participate in the service or have artifacts, memorabilia, or photos to display, please respond to Renee Greller.
