David J. Moskowitz Sanctuary Dedications

This Shabbat

Please join us as we dedicate the first of two beautiful additions to the David J. Moskowitz Sanctuary.  During Shabbat services on Saturday, September 20th, we will dedicate a new Torah Reading Table Cover, lovingly donated by the Gottlieb Family in memory of Saul Gottlieb(z"l).

Later this winter, we will dedicate the new Ark Curtain, donated by the Steve and Debra Karklin Family.

These beautiful pieces were designed by Jeanette Kuvin Oren, a Jewish American contemporary artist specializing in Judaic art, fiber art, mosaics, stained glass, calligraphy, papercutting and painting.

Both items will adorn our Sanctuary beginning Saturday, September 20th, throughout the High Holy Days and for many years to come!

Storage Space Needed:
As our library collection grows, we are in need of
additional storage space. If you have space available,
please contact, Rafi Simon, our librarian. Ideally, we
are seeking an area nearby that might have some
shelving units where these items can be stored and
sorted. Additionally, it would be helpful if there could
be a small table and access to Wi-Fi so our librarian
can work in the facility for short periods of time to
prepare lists of stored items. Thank you!
