November is upon us and it's time to start thinking about holiday gifts. Homemade beer and wine make an excellent gift. We have a full line of beer and wine making kits to fit every ones palette. New this month we have developed 4 beer recipe kits. These are easy to make extract with grain kits, designed to be ready in about four weeks. Each kit contains malt, hops, yeast, grain/hop bags, bottle caps and priming sugar. 

                                Hail to the Pale American Pale Ale $34.99

A classic American Pale Ale.  This beer is made with malt

extract and crystal malt to give it a well-rounded, full bodied taste.

Using Northern Brewer and Cascade hops to create that distinguished west coast flavor. 

                                                        Stout $35.99

A pleasant bittersweet flavor from a combination of  malt extract

with crystal and roasted barley grains. Using Galena and Chinook hops to

give this stout a nice bitterness and spicy, piney flavor.

 

                                               Bavarian Wheat $30.99

An all extract kit that is easy  to make and easy to drink. Refreshing with a subtle mild flavor and tart crispness.  Combing dry Bavarian wheat malt with  German noble hops this beer will take you straight to the beer garden. Prost!

 

                                                Gluten Free Ale $36.99

Made with white sorghum extract. White sorghum is gluten free and made from the unmalted grain, not the cane, of the white sorghum plant.

This beer gets it's hop kick from German Hallertauer hops which are mildly aromatic with a spicy fragrance.
