June marks the official celebration of The Boulder County Farmers' Markets 25th anniversary. Acclaimed local chefs Hosea Rosenberg of Blackbelly Catering and Tim Payne of Terroir Restaurant will host "farm to table" cooking demos at our Markets on Saturday, June 2nd. Join Chef Hosea Rosenberg, Bravo T.V.'s 'Top Chef' season 5 winner, at the Boulder Market from 12:00pm-1:30pm, and Executive Chef Tim Payne at the Longmont Market from 10am-1pm,  for an upclose lesson on cooking with the seasons and a taste of their culinary brilliance. The chefs will create dishes inspired by market ingredients, share techiques, and talk about the importance of cooking with seasonal produce.

Roy Emmons knows a lot about fermentation. A master brewer, owner and winemaker at his St. Vrain Vineyards, he's one of few people making wine from grapes grown on the front-range.
