Ellen Wagner -
"I love the whole experience! The food, people, coffee...every Saturday morning, it's the highlight of my week." Ellen started shopping at the Boulder Farmers' Market several years ago when she was in graduate school at CU. She returned to the area 4 years ago and says there is no other farmers market like the BFM.  Market Goodies: Heirloom tomatoes, greens, scallions, radishes, bread, herbs for her container garden.
We Grow What We Sell!

The month of June in Colorado means long hot days and the first bite of sweet Western Slope cherries. Thanks to an unusually warm spring, cherries are already ripe and available at our markets. Our farmers also have luscious strawberries, crisp snap peas, gorgeous greens, a rainbow of radishes, and early-harvest carrots and beets. Come on down to the markets - we've got the best and biggest selection of local food in the state!

A friendly reminder that pets are no longer allowed at our markets. In the interest of safety, please leave your pets at home. We appreciate your understanding and continued patronage.

The Wednesday Beer & Wine Garden in Boulder features Augustina's Winery and Left Hand Brewery.

A third generation hoof-trimmer raised on a dairy farm, Frank Silva has seen a lot of livestock in his lifetime. Once he discovered the Scottish Highland, he found his niche. After his father sold the family dairy business, it didn't take Frank long to start a business of his own. "I worked with my dad into my forties and when he sold the farm I worked for a few different dairy operations," he shared. "For the first time in my life I had a day off, so I decided to start my own all-natural beef business," he chuckled.  Read more.
