Natural Homestead Beef
A third generation hoof-trimmer raised on a dairy farm, Frank Silva has seen a lot of livestock in his lifetime. Once he discovered the Scottish Highland, he found his niche. After his father sold the family dairy business, it didn't take Frank long to start a business of his own. "I worked with my dad into my forties and when he sold the farm I worked for a few different dairy operations," he shared. "For the first time in my life I had a day off, so I decided to start my own all-natural beef business," he chuckled. Read more. |
