The Healing Wonders of Charcoal
Feburary 2011                                                          Vol. 1 Issue 2
Greetings!

I am truly amazed by the healing wonders of charcoal when used intelligently, and by faith. On this past mission trip to Bolivia I got very sick. I always carry charcoal with me whenever I travel. After praying for healing, I took 2 tablespoons of charcoal in a 12 oz glass of water and the next day I was fine. Charcoal can be prepared and used in four basic ways:
  • Drink
  • Bath
  • Compress
  • Poultice
Charcoal Poultice

One of the best uses for charcoal is on venomous bites such as bee stings and fire ant bites. It is good for poison ivy and a number of other skin conditions.

  1. Simply add sufficient water to the powdered charcoal to make a paste.
  2. Place this mixture on a piece of material such as bed sheeting or paper towel.
  3. Cover with a plastic material such as plastic wrap cut large enough to completely cover the compress and extend over on all sides to keep the moisture in.
  4. Hold in place with tape or roller bandage such as an ace bandage or gauze.

This compress may be left on overnight, or in very serious venomous bites such as bee stings or spider bites, may be changed every 15 or 20 minutes for the first hour or two. Breach Builders Mininstry has a charcoal paste preparation that will take all the work out of making a compress. If you are interested, email us and we will send you more information about the new charcoal compress or pillow.

Bolivia Mission Trip Report
Bert

February 4-26, 2011

We had a very spiritual mission trip to Bolivia this past February. We truly saw the Holy Spirit working in the lives of many. We had a very successful health exposition and evangelistic meeting. We worked together with Dr. Kim and his staff to provide free dental and lifestyle consultations. We worked with the Quillacollo Sur SDA Church and Pastor Abraham during our three week mission in Bolivia. We are also working with the local mission conferences in Santa Cruz, Cochabamba, and La Paz to establish several new church buildings.

In addition to that, Breach Builders is working with several other organizations to establish a medical missionary training school and lifestyle center. Fanny Segovia is working as part of our team to develop a health food industry in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Those who participate in our training school this summer will have an opportunity to go to Bolivia and work as medical missionaries.

Philippines Church Construction Project

Philippines Church Construction

Finish by September 2011

Breach Builders is working with the St Helena SDA Church to finish a new church construction in Southern Luzon, the Philippines. Last January 2010 we took part in an evangelistic campaign that brought 66 souls into the Adventist Church. The new-believers in this area have no place to worship and we are committed to helping them finish the church by the fall of 2011. So far, we have raised more than $12,000 for this project. The church foundation, together with the sabbath school rooms have been built and we need another $2,500 to fininsh the sanctuary. Please help us finish this project by making a tax-deductible donation today. You can make your donations on our website, or send it direct to our address below.
