 Dear Gardeners, There we were last weekend -- we cleaned house and got all dressed up and no one came to see us! (Many thanks to those who did!) The garden center was overflowing with exciting new plants and it rained all weekend. Alas! We won't complain about the rain...but we sure hope for better weather this weekend! And just to be prepared for the next downpour, check out all our rain gear below. We talked about butterflies and hummingbirds last week. We want to add ladybugs, worms and mosquitoes to the list of critters. Ladybugs -- they are popular for controlling aphids which are plentiful in spring. Worms -- you will want some for your new Worm Composter 360 and you get a starter supply of live worms with each composter. Mosquitoes -- haven't seen too many yet, but we know they're coming. You hate to stay inside when the weather is so spring-like! Stock up on mosquito repellent and enjoy the outdoors. Just checked the forecast for this weekend. Looks like no rain this weekend.
