CDN is in the final round for the DHF Seeds MicroGrant
We applied to the DHF Seeds MicroGrant to cover the cost of the publication and distribution of our Chapter Toolkit, a step-by-step guide on how to start, establish and maintain a successful CDN Chapter! Right now, the Diabetes Hands Foundation has opened voting up for the public to decide who should get the $2,000. Please follow these 3 easy steps to show your support!

We are excited to announce that students at Northeastern University are joining other new chapters in Boston, MA are working with CDN!

|Mentor Program Update!|
We are excited to announce that Dr. Emma Dundon, a professor in the Nursing Department at UMASS Amherst, recently received a grant to to fund a pilot CDN Mentor Program, which will connect college students and local kids and teens living with type 1 Diabetes. Congratulations Emma!
