Sanctuary

Lord, prepare me to be a sanctuary
Pure and holy, tried and true
With thanksgiving, I'll be a living
Sanctuary for You

It is you, Lord
Who came to save
The heart and soul
of every man.
It is you Lord
Who knows my weakness,
Who gives me strength,
With thine own hand.

Lead Me on Lord
From temptation,
Purify me
From within.
Fill my heart with
Your holy spirit,
Take away
All my sin.

 CAMP OPENING DAYS

Saturday, May 7th and May 21st

welcome to camp

The first session of Camp Opening was held on May 7th.  The primary goal on the 7th was to turn on the water and ensure that the equipment in the various buildings that are connected to the water system is in working order.  The next session of Camp Opening will be held this Saturday, May 21st starting at 9:00 AM.  Please bring a bag lunch.  All are welcome to come to camp and help to get things ready for the 2016 Season.

There will be plenty of work to do.  There are no special skills needed, just hands that are ready to work.  While there is a group of people specifically assigned to organize these tasks, if others would like to join us that day, there will be many projects that can be completed.   The goal on May 21st will be sweeping out cabins and buildings, removing snow covering from windows, hanging gutters, taking equipment from storage and setting it up and other various cleaning tasks.  We need people willing go go into the water to put in the lane lines and docks.  If you are interested in helping with this, be sure to bring swimwear and a towel.

If a group from your church would like to join us, let us know so special projects can be planned.  Contact John Schuyler or Sheri Smith via email for details and information.
