How did you spend family day? Our family day actually began on Sunday evening with a family dinner and planning for our next family vacation! Then we were up to Rock Ridge for a morning of tubing and lunch at East Side Mario's. You might not have been sliding down a hill of ice - perhaps you were crafting for a family member!

Stamping isn't just for paper! Come play with us and see what else we've been stamping on lately. There are only four spaces left in this class, and today is Tuesday that's when the places go quickly, so run to your phone or email us with your info!

Masking On Cards

Cost: $20

Add some dimension and layering to your cards simply by masking off your work rather than adding layers of paper.

We can prepare a kit for you or book a class for you during the day! ***Please note that you must sign up and pay for your kit in advance of the class - we will not be making kits after the class has been held and classes are not transferable as your kit will have been cut for you.

The stumbling block that one of our scrappers experienced was having to enter her mobile phone number. We would not encourage this so we were keen to rectify this issue. It would seem that if you create a free Google account you may be asked for this information. Our recommendation would be to create a free Yahoo! account - even if you don't use this as your email address, having created this account will allow you to be listed as a follower of our blog ... so, visit the blog, click on Follower and show us that you like our blog!

This month's kit includes a feminine card, a masculine card and one that could be for general use!

includes all of the paper supplies necessary and instructions to complete three cards - all for $13.99.

And, if you need a little extra help you can drop into the store, join us for a midnight crop or see the cards close up on our Flickr site.

Spring Card Making Day

Are you planning to join us for our Spring Card Making Day but have neglected to call? Don't wait much longer because there are only 20 spots available and our class is already over half full!

Join us to complete 10 to 12 quick and easy cards that you can either use or add to your reference library as samples for your next birthday, anniversary or just because event. All paper supplies are included in your class fee but you will be required to bring your basic tool kit and lots of enthusiasm.

Saturday March 26th

10am to 3pm

Cost: $40 (plus tax)

Venue: Nipissing University

There are only 20 spaces available so move quickly!

Call or drop in to register - payment required at time of registration.

Crop 'n Craft 'til Midnight

Join us for an evening of crafting; scrapbooking, paper crafting, jewelry making, a missed class, unfinished projects, or something you've seen on display in the store!

We offer a small project each night including either a scrapbook layout or some cards ... and the best part ... there is no additional cost!

Arrive at 7pm and leave early or join us later on and head home at midnight.

This week's newsletter is a little shorter than normal given yesterday's holiday. However, there are certainly items worth reminding you of such as registration for all of our events; card classes, crop nights and our Card Making Day. These learning opportunities usually fill up quickly so be sure to check your calendar and get your name registered.

Watch in the coming week's for your newsletter to be full of important information as registration for our Spring Mega Crop Weekend fast approaches! We won't tell you when the big registration day will be, but make sure that your calendar is cleared for the weekend of April 15th to 17th! We've already heard from some eager scrapbookers to say that their weekend is cleared, they're just waiting now for registration to open. I'd keeping watching my newsletter or the blog bright and early every Tuesday morning!
