Jason Jefferson, who resides in Lake Havasu, AZ and works for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series championship team of Gene Price Motorsports, will make his fifth start for Dave Reed Racing driving the
#15 Voli Spirits/Approved Memory Ford Fusion with
Ty Sunkel handling crew chief duties this weekend.
Jefferson is coming off an impressive victory in the CarbonX Rocky Mountain Challenge Series back on August 11 when he drove from the tail of the field to win the 200-lap signature event. In his only previous start in the SRL this season, Jefferson debuted the #15 Dave Reed Racing entry with a 14th place run back in May at The Bullring.
"We have learned a lot about this car and think we have found the kind of setup it likes," Jefferson said. "The victory in the RMCS was awesome and we are really excited for the SRL race this weekend."

Piloting the
#14 AMC Optics/Approved Promo Ford and making his return to the drivers seat is
Craig Raudman of Redding, CA. Raudman and Reed have been racing together for many years and together they won the 2001 NASCAR Southwest Tour championship. For the past several seasons, Raudman has traded his helmet for a headset and has been working as a crew chief in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series, most recently for Jonathon Gomez.
Raudman has made occasional starts in various vehicles the last couple of years and the event this Saturday will be his first this season. Helping Raudman get back in shape for racing has been a demanding cross-fit exercise routine and
Kyle Beattie from North Carolina. Beattie, a championship racer will lead the effort as crew chief this weekend in Las Vegas.

Legends car in a special USLCI Legends event. Reed spent the summer in Charlotte, NC competing in the prestigious Jack in the Box Summer Legends Shootout and has recently relocated to the Mooresville area where he is attending his first year of college. Reed finished 13th in the final points with four top ten performances in an event that draws hundreds of the top competitors from across the country.
Team owner Dave Reed is excited about racing this weekend. "It takes a lot of really great people to make something like this happen," Reed offered. "Ty (Sunkel), Kyle (Beattie) and the rest of the guys getting all the cars together along with John Gomez and his team for helping get our cars to the track. We are really looking forward to racing this weekend."
