November 5th. . . the Second Annual "Eighth Chakra Holistic Holiday Fair"
Another wonderful Holiday Fair is coming together nicely. Our gifted community of healers, readers and artists will gather on November 5th to introduce you to their work, support two wonderful community helping organizations and enjoy a day of music, healing and fun.
We're excited to welcome Aura Photographer, Ramona Nault, for the first time to our fairs. We had our aura photo taken and sat with Ramona as she interpreted it and were impressed with her strong intuition and knowledge.
We're pleased as well to welcome Erica Hunter, who will provide the musical ambience for the day.
Erika is a seasoned performer with over twenty years of experience. Her distinctive stylings and well-loved repertoire have grown out of an early enchantment with music, particularly with the
standards from the Great American Songbook. Erika began singing and playing piano in childhood with formal training coming from the University of Maine Jazz School and instructors such as Sheila
Jordan and Jay Clayton.
Her jazz vocals have taken her on tour with the University of Maine Jazz choir, as well as to numerous venues including the Mount Washington Hotel, the Tamworth Inn, and the Wentworth-by-the-Sea Hotel;she is currently featured weekends at the Hilton Hotel in Portsmouth.
Welcome, welcome, Erica!
We've also planned two medium gallleries with Lauren Rainbow and Michelle McEwen and presentations and demonstrations will be taking place throughout the day.
This year our Fair will, once again, benefit The Community Food Pantry of Somersworth, NH. This all-volunteer group works hard to insure that no one in the community goes without food.
And while the Food Pantry is making sure our human brothers and sisters have enough, the Cocheco Valley Humane Society--which will also benefit from the Fair--feeds, shelters and provides health care for animals in need.
All admission money goes directly to these two great organizations so Save The Date and plan to support, relax, socialize and find some great gifts!
