Opportunities for Giving
Angel and Salvation Army Tree gifts for children and nursing home residents:   To give, choose a name from one or both of the trees in the narthex, register the name of person you have chosen on the sheet provided, and bring wrapped and tagged gift to the church by December 10th.  For more information contact Jean Elder.

Pastor's Discretionary Fund:   Each year we have last minute requests from families who are not covered by the Salvation Army but cannot afford Christmas gifts for their children.   After investigating the request, church staff give the family a gift certificate to one of the local stores.  If you would like to contribute to this fund, make your check out to the church and designate "Pastor's Discretionary Fund".  The Discretionary Fund is used throughout the year to help local folks with various needs.

The Hudson/Chandler Bike Fund supplies bicycles for children under the care of DFACS. To give, make a check out to the church and designate "Bike Fund".  Deadline for giving is 12/10.
A Ceremony of Carols
Join us this Sunday, December 3rd at 11:00am for a special worship service of music. The combined choirs of FPC and Epiphany Lutheran Church of Conyers will be presenting Benjamin Britten's A Ceremony of Carols.

The choirs will be accompanied by harpist Dania Lane who has performed for such ensembles as the Atlanta Symphony, Atlanta Ballet, Macon Symphony, and Knoxville Symphony.

Silver Saints Luncheon
Christmas Party
The Silver Saints and the Ambassador Choir will have their annual Christmas party on Thursday, December 7th in the fellowship hall. The holiday meal will be served at 11:30am. and the much anticipated gift exchange will follow. If you wish to participate in the gift exchange, the gift value should be $10.

All are invited, but please make a reservation by calling the church office at 770-786-7321.

** Drivers Needed **
Some of our members would like to come to church but have no transportation. The Congregational Life and Care Team would like to form a group of 8 that could rotate this responsibility. To bring a member to church one Sunday out of 8 would be greatly appreciated. Please call Jean Wolverton (678-342-3463) to volunteer.
