Dear Girl Scout Family,
As the Girl Scout Cookie Sale is coming to a close, we thank you for supporting the girls' Cookie Businesses. At the end of this week we will be processing recognitions orders to be distributed to girls in April. That's a pretty quick turnaround for the great number of rewards girls have earned! This timing is important so girls can have their "Cookie Dough" as they make their plans for attending camp this summer and receive their other recognitions quickly.
We also express appreciation to those who are helping with Cupboard Clean Up Sales over the next two weeks. As you can imagine, a significant amount of resources are invested in ensuring there's a full selection at our 40+ cupboards during the initial weeks of the Sale and now is the time to reduce that inventory.
Learning valuable life skills through the Girl Scout Cookie Program helps girls become successful business leaders, now and in the future. Thank you for your part in making it happen!

Girl Scout Cookie Sale Updates
- Reminder to troop cookie volunteers: troops may return one case per girl selling of unopened full cases to a cookie Cupboard one time only between March 11-14 only if they placed an initial order with a minimum 120 package average per girl selling by January 4. See the Answer Book, page 24, "Council Cupboards" for details.

The Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes encourages Girl Scouts to apply for its 2013 awards! The Barron Prize, founded by author T.A. Barron, celebrates inspiring, public-spirited young people who have made a significant positive difference to people or the planet.
