Scholarship applications are to be postmarked by April 15, 2013. 
  
Any high school senior or college student currently involved in USBC Youth Leagues are eligible and can get the application from their coach or www.grgrusbc.org.

Thank you to everyone that came out to bowl in the Mixed Doubles Tournament at Park Center.  We had a great turnout this year with 227 entries.
 
Congratulations to...
 
Danielle Lester and Chad Pyne winning the handicap division with a score of 1516 and Stacey Timmer & Mike Avery winning the actual division with a score of 1438.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!  Looks really pretty when the sun comes out, but can be very difficult to get where your going!!  
  
We have finished our Mixed Doubles Tournament with great success and are gearing up for the Open & Women's City Tournament.  There are lots of changes this year.  We are trying to make it a bigger, better tournament and hope you will come out to bowl with us.  Below is an introduction to the changes with more to follow in the mail and at the bowling centers. Visit us at www.grgrusbc.org or entries will be available at the bowling centers.

This tournament was held on Feb. 2 and had 30 doubles pairs entered.  The weather tried not to cooperate, but everyone showed up.  Scores were high and we had a couple of honor scores rolled by Aaron Koch - 300/800 and Mike Billiet - 11 in a row for 290. 
  
The winners were Jeff DeKubber & Jesse Storey coming out on top while bowling against runner-ups Don Nyenhuis & Mike Smith Jr..  With the winners receiving $900 and plaques.  Runners up winning $500.
