Building Classroom Libraries

All Harmony Public School K-12 English Language Arts and Reading classrooms were surprised by a recent delivery of fiction and non-fiction trade books. As part of the ongoing dedication to developing a love for reading and strong literacy skills for all students, classroom libraries were purchased for each and every English Language Arts and Reading classroom. Each classroom has received a minimum of 200 texts to add to or create a classroom library. Students will benefit from easy access to books as they choose books they both want to read and can read. We feel like the addition of these books to the classroom will have long-lasting effects on the continued literacy development of each and every student.
