The students of PLTW Biomedical Sciences course at HSA Dallas High School had the excellent opportunity to watch live surgery from the HSA campus. The school collaborated with Stream Venue Health Care Inc. and Texas Institute of Surgery. Harmony students watched the Hip Arthroscopy surgery on the screen and also were able to ask questions at the same time. They saw the surgery from the very beginning right from patient prep to completion of the surgery. Most of these students are looking forward to pursuing a career at medicine and watching live surgery allowed them to get a feel of how medical field looks like.

Stroll & Roll Out Bullying!

Stroll and Roll out HSA El Paso faculty, parents and students were gathered in Ascarate Park to support The El Paso County Sheriff's Office Anti-Bullying Coalition and Children's Disabilities Information Coalition in "Stroll & Roll Out Bullying - 1 Mile Fun Walk" event. Every day, more than 160,000 children nationwide stay home from school to avoid being bullied.
