This week Chef Snee will feature Crispy Maine Lobster Cakes with chive tarragon and saffron aioli and served with warm potato salad accompanied with crispy artichoke. He has paired St. Antonius, Kreuznacher Kronenberg, Kabinett, Nahe 2009 (Germany) with the lobster cakes. This Riesling is characterized through aromas of grapefruit, citrus, peach and passion fruit and the taste is dominated of powerful minerals. This wine is fruity and racy. It is light to medium in body with little sweetness. A very elegant wine. Enjoy it in Harrigan's for $39.00 by the bottle or $9.00 by the glass.
