Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Officially Opens New Opportunities for Our Kids

It was smiles all around on Oct. 18th when District 153 officially opened the new Smart Lab at James Hart School with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house. While the event marked the official opening of the lab, students have been working there since the beginning of the school year. Many were on hand to present the projects they were working on and demonstrate some of the many ways the new space will be used.

Thank You Smart Lab Sponsors!

The Smart Lab ribbon cutting festivities also were  an opportunity to officially thank CN, Foundation 153 and the Homewood Rotary Foundation for providing financial support of this great new learning space for our students. Their donations will cover one year of the Smart Lab expenses.
