| Customer Satisfaction, Quality Serivce and Cost Efficiency
Wikipedia defines customer service as: "the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase." Janda defines it as: "The most important means - for continued business."
Customer service is a progression of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction - that is, the feeling that a product or service has met or exceeded the customer's expectation. At Janda, we persistently strive to exceed expectations. One illustration of Janda's customer dedicated service, recently occurred at a long-time flourishing client based in Anaheim, CA.
Over the client's history as a Contract Manufacturer, they have evolved from Batch Manufacturing, to a more Cellular approach. The challenge in this undertaking, for any manufacturer, is in possessing the right amount of appropriate Capital Equipment. Janda was called, and asked to make a visit to their facility. Their "then" objective was for Janda to determine the machine size and power requirements they would need to add. Budget limitation, was the challenge. After scrutinizing the application requirements, in conjunction with the Resistance Spot Welding Equipment that they already possessed, both companies' came to an extremely cost-effective conclusion. Through consultation, the final determination was that no new equipment was needed. On the contrary, by merely changing the welding arm's length of an existent 100 KVA Janda system, this piece of equipment would provide them the welding capabilities that they required. Their formerly anticipated budget had been $ 22,000.00, with a time-frame requirement of approximately nine (9) weeks. The total project was inexpensively completed within two (2) weeks, and at a total cost of $ 2,125.00.
Although we cannot assure that all Resistance Welding challenges we encounter will turn-out with such an obviously winning outcome. All that we do know for certain: exceeding customer satisfaction - is "KEY" to our future. We look forward to any opportunity that you might provide us in assisting with your company's challenging applications.
