Global Nursing Fellowship

The MGH Global Nursing Fellowship deploys nurse fellows to under-served areas to teach in the classroom and provide guidance on clinical units to foster both professional development and excellence in clinical practice.

As a champion of specialized nursing, Mass General recognizes the essential role nurses play in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. By partnering with local healthcare facilities where the hospital enjoys long-standing relationships, Global Nursing Fellows work with local staff to improve the quality of care in low-resource settings.
