MHHD Minority Health Month 2016 Event Highlights

MHHD Celebrated National Minority Health Month with a kick-off event on April 8, 2016 at DHMH in Baltimore.  The event featured speakers, exhibitors, healthy giveaways, a trivia contest, and a 1-mile Walk for Health, co-sponsored by the DHMH Winnable Battles Initiative.  "Winnable Battles" is a Health and Mental Hygiene campaign that seeks to encourage all Marylanders (including our employees) to take the first steps toward living holistically healthy lives.
