We are very pleased to announce that Lianne Forman has joined our firm as Counsel on November 1, 2016.
Lianne practices corporate and commercial transactional law. In addition to her 10 years in-house at a publicly-traded telecommunications company, she has extensive experience working with all types of businesses on a broad range of commercial matters including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, supply and distribution agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, as well as the formation and management of corporations, LLCs and partnerships.
By way of example, Lianne recently represented an international cosmetic manufacturer in raising external financing and establishing strategic partnerships. She also represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a pet grooming business, has assisted medical practices with employment and partnership transactions, as well as a packaging company in forming strategic relationships with manufacturers and customers. Lianne earned her J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 1993 and graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1989.

With the addition of Lianne to our firm, we are expanding the services offered to our clients.
