Save the Date for Council Town Hall Meeting
Newcastle's annual Council Town Hall is set for June 26 from 7-9 p.m. at The Golf Club at Newcastle.  What do you want to ask the City Council? Submit your questions for the meeting now.
Chase Bank Robber Arrested 

The man who allegedly robbed the Newcastle Chase Bank on April 25 has been arrested. 

Detectives will investigate further to see if the 20-year-old Renton man may be responsible for additional robberies.
Newcastle Clinic to Discontinue Urgent Care Services

Valley Medical Center's Newcastle Clinic, located at the corner of Newcastle Way and 129th Avenue Southeast, discontinued its urgent care services in favor of a specialty care center.

The change does not impact the clinic's primary care service, which has resonated well with the community. 

National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is April 29

April 29 is  National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day . Take the time to clean out your medicine cabinet and safely dispose of unused or expired prescription drugs.

A prescription drug drop box is always available to residents during regular business hours at Newcastle City Hall (12835 Newcastle Way, Suite 200).

WDFW stocks Lake Boren with fish

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife stocked Lake Boren with 1,200 rainbow trout this week.
