100 Van Cortlandt Avenue, Ossining, NY  10562 on Tuesday, April 16th by 11am and must be in accordance with the requirements of the Project Manual to receive consideration, for the following project.

"Roof Replacement" at the Annex Building Ossining High School, 29 South Highland Avenue, 

Ossining, NY 10562

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 10% of the contract amount, including alternates.  The Owner will require a Performance, Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.  

Proposals must be submitted on the form provided in the Bid Documents with all blanks appropriately filled in.  They must be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing on the outside, the name and address of the bidder and title of the Project, as noted above.  All bid prices shall be filled in both in words and figures. Signatures shall be in ink and in longhand.  Proposals which are incomplete may be rejected as informal.  Additional copies of the Proposal Form will be furnished by the School District upon request.  No oral or telephonic proposals will be considered.  Addendum, if any, issued before submission of bids, shall be taken into account and included in the Proposal, and acknowledgment of receipt of same shall be noted in space provided.

Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office of the Fuller and D'Angelo, P.C, 45 Knollwood Road, Suite 401, Elmsford, NY  10523.  Telephone (914) 592-4444, upon receipt of a refundable deposit by cash or check made payable to Ossining UFSD City School in the amount of $100 for one set or upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, by cash or check made payable to Fuller and D'Angelo, P.C. in the amount of $75 for one CD.

A Pre-Bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 9th at 3pm.  Bidders shall meet at the entrance to Ossining High School, 29 S Highland, Ossining, NY  10562.  All bidders are strongly advised to attend in accordance with the requirements of General Municipal Law 103-g, the bidder is required to include with its bid make such certification, either the "Certification of Compliance with the Iran Divestment Act" or in the case where the bidder is unable to make such certification, the form titled "Declaration of Bidder's Inability to Provide Certification of Compliance with the Iran Divestment Act".  Refer to Project Manual for additional requirement.   

Roofing Contract:

Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission except as otherwise provided in General Municipal Law 103.  The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
