Regarding St. Patrick's Day celebrations last week, Rhéo Thompson (retired), Rhéo Thompson Candies, Ltd., Stratford, ONT, shares: " My daughter Heather and I will start out in the afternoon in search of some green beer (not much Irish in an English town called Stratford) and will definitely find some and then it is home for corned beef, boiled cabbage and boiled potatoes.  Dessert will be Irish Potatoes from Chocolate Barr's Candies. You can't beat that for St. Pat's day."
