Our beautiful Asteria Quilt begins in February as an 8 month series. This block(s) of the month quilt is like none before it, not the traditional sampler quilt. Aptly named for the Goddess of the Stars, designed by Tiffany Hayes it is a celestial masterpieces in blue and white batiks. The finished quilt measures 106x106. Each month there is a new block to make and instead of making one you will make several of the same block. There is even a bonus quilt pattern each and every month that features the current month block designed into another whole quilt, an $80 value in itself. Each month you will receive the patterns and fabrics needed to complete the quilt top including borders and binding, we will have a quick session each month following VIP with tips, techniques to include using Cut for a Cure rulers plus show you the bonus quilt made up. During the summer we will have the sessions on a Saturday morning once a month. The way Asteria blocks are put together is so stunning, it is all pieced with straight lines but appears curved. Join PNQS and make your own Goddess of the Stars Quilt! Do this at your own pace, no requirements for blocks to be done in a certain time period.

$25 Registration fee - plus $25 each month (add $5 month postage for our online friends.) Matching borders and binding will be available.

Quilt-as-you-go Valentine Runner Class
Learn a fun new way to make a very unique runner with batting strips and strips of batiks. While this is done in pinks and purples, it does not scream Valentines and could be great in any setting. Quilt as you go so when you are done you are DONE!
$30 includes pattern-kit or jelly roll purchase at PNQS is required for attendance.

Modern with Megan
It will be a real treat to work with Megan as she guides you through making a modern quilt creation and then shows you how to achieve her signature straight line quilting with a walking foot. This is the first in a series!
$50 includes both session and pattern. Fabric purchase for the project required, kits will be available.

Tula Pink Quilt Along
Lois says these fun and easy blocks are like eating potato chips...once you start, you cannot stop. She has done samples in Tula's newest line and with Macchiato Batiks. You will love the ideas, variations, and the great sewing fellowship this will offer.

Mariner's Compass Paper Piecing Class
Paper Piecing with Certified Quiltworx Instructor, Julie Arrowood. New sessions begin in February!
$160 for the entire series includes your patterns and papers ($60 value). Class will meet every 2nd Saturday each month. February 8, March 8, and April 12 from 9-4.
