The QS441 is a tracked, self contained cone crusher with an on board diesel engine. Featuring the world leading CS440 Sandvik cone crusher the QS441 is capable of accepting large feed sizes and achieving exceptional throughput combined with high product quality. It is equipped with a hydroset system which provides both safety and setting adjustment functions. The automatic setting regulation system not only optimizes production, it also keeps track of liner wear, thus making it easy to plan liner changes and minimize interruptions in production. The QS441 represents the perfect combination of advanced cone crusher technology and tracked mobility.

- The CS440 cone has choice of three concaves and four eccentric settings from a single bush ranging from 20mm to 36mm
- The concave and bush settings give unrivalled flexibility regarding CSS ranges, production and material gradation
- Maximum feed size up to 450mm and capable of up to 600 tph on the larger bush setting
- Superb access around the crusher for easy maintenance, especially during liner changes

Precisionscreen Scraper Blades
Precisionscreen's primary head scraper features a 93 shore high grade polyurethane blade to suit all quarry, mining and recycling applications. It utilises a simple internal "rubber rope" tensioning system and therefore is easily maintained. This unique Precisionscreen tensioning system not only holds each individual blade in place without the use of bolts but it also tensions the scraper once on the head drum without the need for external spring tensioners. All shafts are stainless steel as standard and the Poly blades themselves are of a high grade polyurethane composition in 93 shore hardness, maximising scraper life.

The QJ331 is the latest development to the mobile jaw crusher range, which is aimed at operators looking for a more economical solution to their operation.
Featuring the powerful CJ211 single toggle jaw from Sandvik, it utilizes the very latest technology, including finite element techniques to minimize stress levels within the frame itself. The machine is equipped with an overband magnet, natural fines conveyor and remote control as standard.
