Designed with maximum productivity to the fore, the QA440 incorporates a large feed hopper, a pair of large screen boxes and extended conveyors that afford massive stockpiling capabilities.
The operational flexibility of the Sandvik QA440 is enhanced by an exceptionally wide range of optional extras. These include vibrating and tipping grids, mild steel hopper liners, overband magnet, and a reversible side conveyor.
- Unique, independent 6 x 1.5m (20' x 5') equivalent doublescreen box design allows for precision screening, but huge screening area enables high volume production
- Capable of working alongside large jaw crushers, yet precise enough to produce accurate aggregate products

The FTS75 feeder tracked stockpiler is an excellent solution where the user needs to control the flow of material output. The FTS75 is excellent at holding a buffer of material within the hopper then allowing a regulated flow of material to travel up the main conveyor belt. This particular function means that the conveyor can be used to Feed material onto Screenboxes and Cone Crushers.
