Saturday(!!!) Special - July 28th
Beef en Croute in the Style of 
Maxime Riberra
 
"This wonderful preparation is from my mentor in New York. He won the Bocuse d'Or competition in 1977 with this dish.
 
It is a high bred version of Beef Wellington. Rather than liver mousse and mushroom duxelle, the roast tenderloin is wrapped in veal and truffle mousse followed by butter pastry. Served on a bed of Perigord sauce.
 
Usually only made once a year at Restaurant Michael, during New Year's Eve celebration. This year we will do it this Saturday as well.

Restaurant Michael can cater to a variety of events. From rehearsal dinners and other family celebrations to business functions, the staff at Michael is ready to assist you in making your function a success
 
Michael has a newly built private room that accommodates up to 40 seated guests. Or book the main dining room which can seat up to 80. The entire restaurant is also available for booking for those larger events.
