On Wednesday, June 10, we are thrilled to showcase premier wines from one of California's first woman winemakers - Merry Edwards! The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and will expertly pair chef José's signature cuisine with these award-winning Russian River Valley selections. It's here! New Spring/Summer Menu Debut!

 

Tomato, Cucumber and Watermelon Salad

Chef José is using the season's freshest ingredients in the most creative and tempting ways! Our spring/summer menu features new appetizers, salads and entrées like jamón serrano with tomato fresco; crab, apples and papaya salad with passionfruit vinaigrette; and wild red snapper with Cerignola olives, blood orange and fennel along with returning favorites including Valencian paella, rich lobster rolls and creamy gazpacho. For something a little sweeter, you won't want to miss the decadently layered ice cream bombe!
