 Greetings!

Happy New Year to you! I hope 2012 is off to a wonderful start. I returned just a week ago from a five-day yoga workshop and birthday celebration with Manouso Manos, my San Francisco yoga teacher. As usual, I'm bursting with new information about ways to approach the asanas. I look forward to sharing them with you throughout the month.

There has been a flurry of activity at our new location in Ashland. The floors have been installed and the walls are painted. We are excited about opening in just about two weeks. Classes will be held in Medford through Saturday, January 28, and our full class schedule will resume on Feb. 4--our official opening in Ashland.

Some of you have heard that Marion will be tiptoeing in earlier than the 4th and you are right! If you would like details about Marion's pre-opening classes, contact me.

The new, expanded schedule is now available. You can view the Ashland class schedule here. It is also posted on our website.

The upcoming months are filled with workshops for you to consider. Our big spring event is the return of Gloria Goldberg on the weekend of April 20-22. We are fortunate to host Gloria, a senior Iyengar teacher, at Rose Yoga. Please register soon to reserve your space and take advantage of the early bird discounts. Registration form can be accessed on our website

As always, I look forward to seeing you in yoga.
