Welcome from Chris!
Hello Southern Poly! My name is Chris Bruno and I am finishing my first week as Director of Housing and Residence Life here on campus. I'm very excited to be here at Southern Poly. I was born and raised in Atlanta but completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Clemson University in Clemson, SC. I have been working in Housing for the past decade and I am extremely happy to join the great Housing staff here on campus. I hope your experience on-campus is a positive one and I'm looking forward to hopefully improving the on-campus experience here at SPSU. I am looking forward to meeting all of the Southern Poly students. Once I get settled in you will see me attending SPSU sporting events, student activities & housing programs. You also will likely see me walking around campus or playing ball with my son Stephen. Please come by my office and say hello when you have the chance. Hornet Halloween Starts Monday, October 25 with Haunted Howell @ 7pm
This Halloween come experience a Haunted House experience like no other. Most Haunted Houses are filled with actors covered in blood hiding in corners waiting to jump at you for a cheap scare, well not this year. This Halloween Experience will have people talking for weeks after. And if you make it all the way through, come celebrate with food and drinks at the Survivors Party. Spaces are limited so come to the

Camille is constantly asking where she can help with her staff and her residents. She is constantly going above and beyond her expectations and has created a strong community on the 4th floor of Howell. From decorating here resident's doors for their birthdays to her successful Girl's Night Out Event, Camille has been a great RA in her first year and deserves this recognition. Jessica Bowen for taking our first event by the horns and rolling with all the obstacles that came up. There were more headaches than usual, but she handled it well and continued to involve the rest of her fellow RAs!
