As we head into the final phases of construction, I wanted to once again thank all of our members and guests for their continued patience and understanding. Progress is moving very quickly and the end result will be a high quality product that our members will enjoy for many years. The new energy efficient water heater and holding tanks have been installed, and the bracketing for sinks and benches has begun. There has been a slight schedule modification which will push the end date of the project a little later into the first part of April, still very close to the original schedule. This delay is due to the addition of floor leveling to the project and production delay in the restroom partitions. The floor leveling was instrumental to properly installing the tile in order to deliver the best final product.
The showers, walls in the locker rooms and the floors have been tiled, and we are currently progressing on the walls in the hallway and family changing rooms. Over the next couple weeks you will begin to see the family changing rooms taking shape, doors being installed and the new lockers delivered and configured.
