Sherman Park Community Association has partnered with ACTS (Allied Churches Teaching Self Empowerment)  to offer families and individuals FREE Hud Approved Pre-Purchase counseling.  Sessions include:


� FREE Credit Report

� Establishing good credit sources

� Budgeting

� Grant Funds


Pre-Purchase Credit Counseling will be offered EVERY THURSDAY at Sherman Park Community Association. Appointments can be scheduled for these times beginning MARCH 17th.

The Sherman Park Annual Home Repair and Restoration Resource Fair will be held:

Long-term effects are juvenile delinquency and lower IQ. The Primary Prevention area has expanded.
