The Nominating Committee of the Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce & Industry is accepting self nominations for the 2012 Slate of Directors for the Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce & Industry.  There will be 5 Directors elected to the Board.  Candidates must be willing to commit 6 to 10 hours a month in service to the Chamber Board.  This commitment includes attendance and participation in the planning and preparation of Chamber functions.  Any 2011 paid member that fulfills the qualification guidelines is eligible for office on the Board of Directors.  The election is held by return ballot and results are announced at the Annual Meeting.  Please complete and return a Board Member Application Form to Jamie White c/o SG Chamber P.O. The Chamber is sponsoring a raffle drawing to be held December 8, 2011 at 12:00 Noon.  Prizes are cash. This fundraiser helps the chamber sponsor and support events and programs in the community that include: Education Scholarships, Holiday in the Grove, Holiday Spirit, Sugar Grove Corn Boil, Sugar Grove Food Pantry, Sugar Grove Lions Club Fireworks, Sugar Grove Senior Center, Sugar Grove American Legion Post # 1271 *Support Our Troops.
