LETTER FROM DON CROCKER Thank You!
As we rapidly come to the close (gasp - "already?") of 2011, I want to take this time to say "Thank You!" to all of the dedicated professionals that my colleagues and I have had the honor and privilege of working with this year. "Thank You!" to all of our wonderful, accomplished clients, nonprofit professionals, volunteer facilitators, affiliated consultants, grantmaking partners, and staff. The world we are living in today presents challenges - daily - to the health and vitality of our families, neighborhoods, and communities. Nonprofit and philanthropic leaders work to provide access to the basic necessities of life for everyone, and improve the quality of life we all can experience. We at the Support Center believe that focused, impact-oriented, well-managed nonprofit organizations make a difference. We are grateful for the opportunity to work in an environment of commitment, compassion, and care. Wishing everyone a healthy, peaceful, and joy-filled holiday season, and a very happy New Year! We look forward to continuing to make a difference with you in 2012!

EXECUTIVE SEARCH & TRANSITION MANAGEMENT
The Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation Selects New Executive Director
The Support Center congratulates the Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation (SKTCF) on the selection of its new Executive Director, Rob Eccles. SKTCF engaged the Support Center to provide comprehensive Executive Search and Transition Management services to identify a leader well-qualified to achieve organizational success.
Eccles has many years of experience working with and managing a variety of nonprofits. He has had success in the fields of mental health, substance abuse treatment, women's and children's services, and healthcare - including a ten year career with the American Cancer Society, where he held the position of Regional Vice President. Rob's focus will be on growing the foundation and its mission of raising awareness of testicular cancer and the importance of early detection and treatment, expanding the foundation's reach, and securing SKTCF as the nationally recognized source for Awareness, Answers and Action. Rob lives in New Jersey with his wife and two young daughters.
