The Beacon Council hosts lecture

on the residential real estate revival

The Beacon Council President & CEO Frank R. Nero; Ron Shuffield, President of EWM Realty; Anthony M. Graziano, Miami Managing Director at Integra Realty Resources; Alyce M. Robertson, Executive Director of Miami Downtown Development Authority; and Craig Studnicky, President & Principal at ISG World.

On Feb. 20, The Beacon Council hosted a panel of experts to discuss the revitalization of Miami-Dade County's real estate market. The panel included: Ron Shuffield, President of EWM Realty; Anthony M. Graziano, Miami Managing Director at Integra Realty Resources; Alyce M. Robertson, Executive Director of Miami Downtown Development Authority; and Craig Studnicky, President & Principal at ISG World. The lecture was part of the Access breakfast series.

Since the 2008 recession, Miami-Dade County has seen a steady strengthening of its residential real estate market. One example: In 2009, the occupancy rate in Downtown was 62 percent. Today, that number has risen to 95 percent, a fact that explains the return of cranes to our city's skyline.
