Finally, it is important to be aware of the fact that Pennsylvania law regarding Powers of Attorney has changed which will impact your estate planning.  We cannot stress enough that everyone should have a Power of Attorney drafted for him/herself, along with a Will, Living Will, and any other relevant estate document, by an attorney.  If you already have these documents, please be sure to have them reviewed by an attorney to ensure they are compliant with the upcoming changes in Pennsylvania law and any modifications you may wish to make.  Of course, moving from state to state will have an effect on the enforceability of these documents as well.  We advise getting these documents prepared sooner rather than later as one never knows what the future holds and when they may be needed.  Please call this office to schedule an appointment so that we can help you draft and/or revise these vital estate planning documents for youTake control of your destiny!  Do not wait for the Court or the unpredictability of life to make these decisions for you, which could wind up being rather costly and likely not what you would have wanted as these very personal decisions will be made by strangers, not family or friends rather than you.

LATEST TESTIMONIAL:

VM: "I am a federal employee and needed representation in the administrative EEO process. Prior to retaining their Firm, I had spent a large amount of time unsuccessfully trying to resolve my legal issues. However, due to their hard work and diligence, they quickly resolved my problems and secured for me a monetary settlement, which also included reimbursement for legal fees. I am extremely appreciative of their efforts."
