LATEST TESTIMONIALS
:

SF: After being harassed for several months and then finally terminated with a less than mediocre severance package I contacted the law office of Attorney Cohen. After I explained my situation I really appreciated her first question, "do you want your job back?" Even though my response was no I appreciated the fact that she wanted to explore all of my options first. Attorney Cohen was able to effectively negotiate all the areas of concern in my severance agreement even the ones I did not think of. If you need attentive, effective counsel you would be wise to contact this law office.

KD: I was referred to James W. Cushing, Esquire by my company's legal insurance plan (ARAG) for a case regarding the division of property, which in my case was a family pet. It was quite emotional for me, and the first legal issue I really had to deal with. I was quite worried about the process at first, but James explained the steps of the legal process, responded to legal requirements quickly and was detail oriented. He provided ample time for me to gather documents needed so discovery was not rushed and stressful. James remained dedicated to maintaining my position, and in the end the opposing party decided to settle because of our preparation and determination.
