Save the date for Community Resource Fairs 

The Physician Alliance is hosting the annual Community Resource Fairs to bring together local  nonprofits and community organizations to share  resources for improved patient care. The annual events  offer opportunities for practices to gather valuable information on community organizations and resources  for patients, including mental health support,  domestic violence support and shelter,  food pantries, cancer support, home care and more.  Attendance by a practice staff also fulfills capabilities for  Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's Physician Group  Incentive Program. 
 
More details will be sent to physicians and practice staff at the end of August, but mark your calendars now!

Reminder about Wellcentive ADT Dashboard training
 
A reminder that the Wellcentive ADT Dashboard is getting refreshed, effective the week of Aug. 26, 2018. 
 
The Physician Alliance staff is helping TPA Wellcentive users get familiar with the updates. Training webinars are available on the following dates:  

Tuesday, Aug. 21, 11:30am-12pm OR 12-12:30pm
Wednesday, Aug. 22, 12-12:30pm OR 3-3:30pm
Thursday, Aug. 23, 12-12:30pm OR 3-3:30pm
Friday, Aug. 24, 8:30-9am
 
The training will be recorded for those who can't attend a session.  Details will be mailed to Wellcentive users through the Wellcentive mail system. New users will also be invited to the presentations. Office managers will need to complete and return a Wellcentive User-Auth prior to the presentation so usernames and passwords can be created.  Registration and questions should be directed to Fran Burley at   Francine.Burley@thephysicianalliance.org or Wellcentive@thephysicianalliance.org.

Learn about HAP's Hierarchical Condition Category Program
 
Health Alliance Plan and Partners in Care are hosting a webinar highlighting HAP's new Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) program and incentive. The webinar, hosted on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 12pm, will focus on the HCC program overview, HCC Gap program frequently asked questions, portal documentation and documentation tips.

The target audience for this webinar includes physicians, office managers, and any other office staff involved with coding.
