The Bible reading this week is 1 Samuel 16:1-13.

The Israelites demanded a king, and God gave them one. However, things don't go according to plan, and Saul, the first king, does not live up to expectations! So God tries again, and sends Samuel to anoint a young boy who does not seem to be the obvious choice.

Thanksgiving Eve Worship
