 Hot Summer Drink Recipes
Keeping You Cool!
Here are some great recipes for some summertime cocktail enjoyment! Try them on your own or have one of our bartenders mix one up for you to enjoy on our patio!
Watermelon Basil Caiparinha
-4 cubes seedless watermelon
-2 lime wedges
-2-3 basil leaves
-1/2oz. simple syrup
-2oz. Cachaca
In a shaker, muddle the watermelon, lime, basil and simple syrup. Add ice. Pour in Cachaca. Strain into a salt rimmed rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a basil leaf and lime wedge.
Cucumber Mint Martini
-3 mint leaves
-2 cucumber slices
-2 lime wedges
-sugar
-2oz. Ketel One Vodka
In a shaker, squeeze two lime wedges for fresh lime juice. Muddle the mint, lime juice,cucumber slices, and sugar. Add the Ketel One Vodka and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime and mint leaf.
