Greetings!

2nd Lt Romedy Murr and Dan LiVolsi
|
As the 2011-2012 academic year concludes, the team will exchange their running shoes for combat boots, bicycles for rifles, and swim suits for rucksacks. For us Firsties (seniors), however, we will make an additional, significant change: exchanging cadet brass for 2nd Lieutenant rank. We will head our separate ways to train and lead soldiers all over the world.
Saying goodbye to the team is difficult. We will say farewell to our friends, battle buddies, coaches, and mentors. No longer will we be given time during the day to conduct team workouts. No longer will we have the unique and awesome opportunity to compete as part of the West Point Triathlon team in a collegiate competition at Nationals. Moving on will be difficult, but the experiences we have made these past 47 months have been worth it.
On behalf of all the Firsties, we'd like to thank you for your continued support of the West Point Triathlon Team. We could not accomplish all we have without all of our family, friends, alumni, and team supporters. It is you who make this team possible, operational, and successful. Go Army Tri!
Good to Great,
Sincerely,
Romedy, Daniel, Drew, and Roxanne.
