This CA Senate bill is in response to crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) and demands both licensed and unlicensed clinics to be more up front about the services they provide and the individual rights patients have as passed by the Reproductive Privacy Act. It requires all clinics, including CPCs, to tell women their reproductive health rights. We also continue to support Senator Holly Mitchell's bill, SB 23, at the Capitol. SB 23 will end discrimination against families in poverty by repealing the CalWORKS Maximum Family Grant (MFG) Rule, and WHS was there in support when it recently passed through the Senate Human Services Committee.  More on SB 23.
