The YWCA VT Camp Hochelaga offers options for every family - one week, or multi-week overnight camps, and 2 mini camps for the new camper.

NEW and improved Counselor in Training Program.  The CIT program is now a 5-week program, expanding the experience and training opportunity for our older campers.  Providing the skill set for team building, problem solving, and hands on counselor training.

Attending summer camp builds independence and confidence while having fun seeing old friends and making new ones!  Friends that last a lifetime.
   Welcome Hannah Bogard
Our new full time
Assistant Camp Director

Hannah is so excited and honored to have the opportunity to be a part of the YWCA VT Camp Hochelaga team. She is from Ann Arbor, Michigan and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kalamazoo College. She has enjoyed many summers as a camper, counselor, leader, and outdoor educator at residential camps across Michigan. She has focused her career to date on following her passion for creating outdoor spaces where folks of all ages can come together in support, growth, empowerment, and fun! She believes that there is something incredibly unique, powerful, and energizing about the experience of camp. Summer camp helped her find confidence in herself, value the perspectives of those different from her, and embrace opportunities for fun-filled adventures! In addition to her work in the camp world, she has been a voice for at-risk youth and an advocate for social justice in her community and abroad. In her free time she is a trail runner, snow shoer, camp song singer, and creative writer.
We feel camp should be available to all.
Scholarships are available for qualified families.
